VERSO is a flexible B2B web portal that focuses on improving the trouble reporting, product returns, and spare parts ordering process among durable goods manufacturers, distributors, dealers and end clients.

To help support small size entities, the VERSO team used the flexibility within VERSO to configure a simplified and standard version of VERSO – called “VERSO Basic”. VERSO Basic is provided in a shared use (SaaS) hosted environment running on Mircrosoft’s secure Azure hosted platform. The focus of this BASIC version is to make the product return process easy between SMB’s and their stakeholders, by providing a simple/single online workflow that can be accessed as needed, in a very affordable fashion. Unlike most SaaS based applications, VERSO BASIC does not charge on a per user basis, but offers one low monthly fee for its use by a client and the clients stakeholders. Although BASIC does not allow customers to access the key modules that support flexibility, or the spare parts module, it does allow customers to take advantage of some of the key facets of VERSO.
