VERSO Inc. Improves Product Returns Management using Microsoft Cloud

Clients are excited about VERSO’s cloud based solution to enhancing the product returns management process

VERSO Inc. today announced the launch of their new version of the VERSO portal that uses Microsoft products to automate the product returns and supporting processes across complex supply chain environments. Running on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform, VERSO now provides a more secure and scalable environment, while seamlessly integrating work flow using Microsoft Office 365 Add-Ins and enhancing decision-making using the Microsoft Power BI business analytics tool.

Manufacturers and Distributors of all sizes will reduce cost, streamline work activities through automation, and manage complicated multichannel workflows that have evolved from the “Omni-channel” movement, while gaining important insight into market trends and user behavior. The Azure environment helps enable the information exchange that allows the above to happen in an efficient fashion, thus controlling cost and improving performance.

VERSO is a cloud-based solution designed to address many of the common challenges from product returns management to trouble reporting. This includes features such as multi-channel workflow configurability and automatic warranty verification, supported by additional ancillary functionality such as a spare parts ordering module.
